May Tenants:
We understand some May tenants do not move in right away, however, you are still required to have all utilities in your name as of May 10th. If you have not done so, please contact the Board of Water & Light (electric) & Consumers Energy (gas). When calling be sure to ask them to BACK BILL to 5-10.
August Tenants:
You should have received the Move Out letter/email. Please review this email for all things move out, including but not limited to, how to dispose of large items, forwarding addresses, cleaning, etc.
We recommend planning ahead when disposing of large items since the City only picks these items up on Mondays.
Parking for '26-27:
We rent parking spots near Grand River & Bogue (The HUB), & Charles. HRI tenants, as well as current lessees of a spot had the 1st right to lease/renew their spot, however, all remaining spots are now available to the public on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Still a few spots left.
